Standard Cleaning: Standard Cleaning is intended for regular maintenance to keep your home clean and healthy. It assumes a certain level of existing cleanliness. Select this service if your home is regularly cleaned and just need the basics.

Deep Cleaning: This service allows extra time for cleaners to pay more attention to neglected areas like tubs and showers and extra checklist items, including baseboards, light switches, door frames, and the outside cabinets. Select this service if this is your first professional cleaning in the past three months or if your home needs a little more care.

Move In/Out Cleaning: Our move in/out cleaning services have been designed to get your home back into shape for new occupants. We know what new homeowners and landlords will look for when inspecting the property, and we’ve created a checklist to address those things, including items such as baseboards, inside cabinets and drawers, and window ledges, we provide much more than your standard cleaning.

All our professionals are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check.

If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.

We bring our own cleaning supplies, but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

We have three levels of security in place. Our booking page is protected by extended validation and has its own layer of 256-bit security. Credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. No credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll send a team out to make it right (within 24 hours). Prosperous Hands Cleaning does not currently offer refunds.

No. The things we do not cover:

  • Mold Cleaning
  • Chandelier Cleaning
  • Animal Waste/Litter
  • Insects
  • Exterior Windows
  • Bodily Fluids (blood, vomit, feces, urine)

If your payment doesn’t go through when we process the authorization the day before your services, we will reach out to you to receive another form of payment. In the event we cannot reach you or you do not have the funds available, your appointment will automatically be canceled. Once we are done with services, the cleaners will stick around until payment is received online. In the event you are not home, and your payment doesn’t go through, we will contact you for another payment method. In the event, we cannot reach you, we will try to get the payment from the card stored in our server. If we still have not received payment after the third attempt, we will take legal action, and there will be fees associated.

While we strive to keep the prices the same, the prices given online are estimates unless we have already visited your property giving you a definitive price. Prices vary based on the condition of your home at the time of service. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your word only via text, phone, or online.

If your payment does not go through 1 day prior to your appointment, we will reach out for another form of payment. In the event we cannot reach you, or there’s no alternative payment option, your appointment will be canceled. You will be responsible for any cancellation fees.
